Message	Much of our orders are custom where we are making some sort of alteration to a product or building something new or one-off. Standard orders I'll refer to SZ. Custom tailoring of orders is very different than taking something off the shelf and shipping it and a lot of cases requires additional materials, products, or machining processes to complete... Timelines in these cases rarely meet expectations. It sucks for the customer, and it sucks for us too when it happens. I wont even try to sugar coat or justify this kind of complaint.
